FAQ

Short answers to the first questions people ask.

The goal here is clarity. If a journaling site cannot explain how it stores data or what it is really for, it is not doing users any favors.

Where do entries live in this build?

They save in the browser on the current device using local storage.

What can I track each day?

Mood, energy, sleep, meals, movement, reflection, gratitude, calendar history, and people notes.

Is this a therapy or medical product?

No. It is an organizing and reflection tool, not health advice or treatment.

Why include food and movement in a journal?

Because daily mood and energy often make more sense when they sit next to practical details instead of floating alone.

Why include people notes?

Personal logs are more useful when they help you remember relationships and follow-ups, not just symptoms or tasks.

What if I miss a day?

Then you miss a day. The point is a sustainable rhythm, not perfection theater.
